Tangy apple, pear and pineapple fruits with a floral and slight herbal lift that follows onto the pallet with a delicate honey suckle component. Textural and mouth filling with a light, creamy finish.

ECHOES CHARDONNAY

Lively aromatics of lime, apricots and cream. Textural and creamy, with a lively acidity and a prominent line of salivating salinity running throughout the palate.

CIRRUS CHARDONNAY

Fresh, delicate aromas of almond, stone fruit with a hint of old oak. Cirrus is the rounder of the two Chardonnays with lovely ripe, textural tropical stone fruits wrapped with moreish, mouth-filling phenolics.

RISING PINOT NOIR

Bright, fresh aromatics of tamarillo, strawberry, cherry, violet and a hint of old wood. This wine is plump and fleshy with bright red fruits dominating the palate. Tamarillo, blueberry and vanilla pod linger on the palate while being rounded out with soft plush tannin.

SHADOW PINOT NOIR
2022 | ORGANIC | NELSON | 13.5%
This is the more structured of the two Pinots carrying a slightly deeper fruit spectrum with bright plum, violet flower, dried herbs and spice. This follows onto the pallet with round, mouth coating tannin.
