Cirrus Chardonnay 2022

Fresh, delicate aromas of almond, stone fruit with a hint of old oak. Cirrus is the rounder of the two Chardonnays with lovely ripe, textural tropical stone fruits wrapped with moreish, mouth-filling phenolics.

Vinification:The fruit for this wine was whole-bunch pressed and settled overnight before being racked to and fermented in old Puncheons.

Aged for 10 months, then racked to stainless steel where it was aged for a further 6 months before being bottled in January 2023.
